Ingredients

  • 50 gZenpasta (dried iraki)
  • 50 gBean sprouts (boiled with salt)
  • Broccoli sprout appropriate amount
  • 400 ccStock from dried seaweed (konbu) and dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1.5-2 tablespoonsSalted rice malt(Shio-koji)
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 pieceginger (chopped)

  1. 1

    Heat sesame oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and fry over low heat.

    When the scent comes, boil the stock and salted rice malt and boil for 2 minutes on low heat.
