First all chop veggies finely and keep aside then heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal chana dal and let it splutter then add curry leaves and let it become crisp.To this add green chilli and sauté it. Now add chopped Veggies with salt to taste and cook till soft.

Now grease the idli plate add one teaspoon of batter then add one teaspoon of the veggies and over it add one more teaspoon of idli batter and steam for 20 mins cool and serve with coconut chutney.This will take little long to steam as it’s stuffed.
