Ingredients

  1. 8eggs
  2. 4 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. as neededCardamom
  5. 2-3cloves
  6. 1cinnamon
  7. as neededCurry leaves
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 6-7green chillies
  10. 3 tbspcurd
  11. 2 tbspcashew and nuts
  12. 2big onion paste
  13. to tasteSugar
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 tbspGinger and garlic
  16. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  18. 1/2 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil and ghee and then fry all the aggs.

    Add whole garam masala with curry leaves and then Put the onion,garlic,and ginger paste and give it a nice mix.

    Add the curd and then mix it well after some time add cashew paste and milk.

  4. 4

    Then add the egg and all powder masalas and mix.

  5. 5

    Add the curry leaves in it and before switching off the flame add ghee and serve it.
