Ingredients

  1. 1 kgtruffle
  2. 500 gminced lamb
  3. 3 tbsghee
  4. 1 tbssalt
  5. 100 groasted pine nuts(for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the truffles in water for a while. Clean truffles using a brush under water until no dirt appears.

    After you have washed the truffles well, allow them to drain.

  3. 3

    Peel the truffles using a sharp knife, clean in between the cracks from dirt.

  4. 4

    Cleaning them once again very well.

  5. 5

    Cut the truffles into small cubes.

  6. 6

    In a pot,fry the minced meat in  ghee until cooked.

  7. 7

    Add the truffles to the meat,sprinkle the salt and mix all ingredients together. Cook on low heat.

    Once cooked remove from heat and serve on a plate. Garnish with roasted pine nuts.

    Serve hot, next to rice with vermicelli and yogurt.
