Soak rice for 1/2hr

Heat oil in a pan

Put cumin seeds and all whole masala

Put chopped onion and cook till brown

Add all the chopped vegies and saute well

Add salt and black pepper

Add rice and 2 glass water

After 1 boil cover and simmer the gas

Open and check when cook well off the gas

Serve hot with raita of choice
