Prepare the ingredients: Cut the pork loin into small cubes and marinate with the marinade for 30 minutes. Cut the tofu and onion into small cubes; slice the garlic.

Heat a pan and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant. Add the marinated pork cubes and stir-fry until partially cooked. Add the diced onion and stir-fry together.
