Ingredients

  1. 130 ggaram flour
  2. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  3. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 3/4 kgpotatoes
  6. Handfulfinely chopped dhania
  7. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes,clean and boil.

  2. 2

    Drain the water and cut into desired shape.

  3. 3

    Combine the dry ingredients,then mix with water well.

  4. 4

    Then add the dhania and make a thick paste.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil,then deep few potatoes in the mixture and deep fry them.

  6. 6

    Turn them constantly to cook well and get the crunchy taste.

  7. 7

    Serve with sauce.
