Wash the squash and slice it diagonally. Arrange the slices on a baking rack. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon steak seasoning, dried mint, and garlic powder over the top, then drizzle olive oil evenly over the squash slices. Bake at 480°F (250°C) for 15 minutes. Serve as a delicious side with grilled meat or fish.
