Ingredients

  1. 2yellow or green squash (zucchini or yellow squash)
  2. Garlic powder, steak seasoning, dried Italian mint, olive oil

Steps

    Wash the squash and slice it diagonally. Arrange the slices on a baking rack. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon steak seasoning, dried mint, and garlic powder over the top, then drizzle olive oil evenly over the squash slices. Bake at 480°F (250°C) for 15 minutes. Serve as a delicious side with grilled meat or fish.
