Ingredients

  1. 150 gPaneer
  2. 1/4 CupWater
  3. 1/2 CupSugar
  4. 2Cardomom
  5. 4 TspMaida
  6. 1/4 TspBaking Soda
  7. As requiredSaffron colour or Saffron Strends

Cooking Instructions

    In a Pan, add water and sugar and keep stirring on a low flame to make Sugar Syrup

  2. 2

    Add Cardamom to the syrup and keep stirring until you get string consistency

  3. 3

    In a mixer jar, Add in Paneer and grind it. Then add maida and Baking Soda with little water and saffron Colour or saffron strands & grind again an make to a smooth paste

    Now add smooth batter to a mould pipe and make jalebis in hot oil

  5. 5

    Cook both sides on a medium flame and add paneer jelebis to prepared sugar syrup

  6. 6

    Rest paneer jalebis in sugar syrup for 10 to 15 min and serve.. Now tasty Paneer Jalebi is ready to Serve
