Grate eggs and potatoes.

In a bowl take grated eggs, potato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Cumin powder,black pepper, ginger powder,turmeric, coriander powder, salt, chopped green chilli,chopped onion,mint and coriander mix well. Add bread crumbs and mix well it's should combined very well.

Heat tawa add oil, let the oil heat.

Take small portion of ball from the mixture apply little oil on your palm give desired shape to kabab. Add little salt and black pepper into egg mixture and beat well.Dip kababs into egg mixture, then roll into breadcrumbs.

Slowly put it into tawa for shallow frying.

After 2 mins flip to other side too.

Cook well from both sides, till crisp and it turns into golden brown.

Gently remove and serve with mint chutney.
