Firstly boil the eggs.Cool them,peel it and keep it aside.Heat a non stick pan and add in the oil.When it gets hot add the sliced onion and ginger garlic paste and saute well for 2 to 3 minutes

When it gets slight pink in colour add in all the dry masala powders and salt,fry for a few seconds then add the chopped tomato.

Cook for 2 minutes....When it gets soft....Turn off the heat.

Now cut the hard boiled eggs and add it to this onion tomato dry masala base.Mix gently.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
