Steps

Boil the egg for 10 mins and cut 4 eggs into halves. 1 grated egg needs to be future use.

Take a vessel and boil water. Put tomato, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts and salt. Boil it for 5-6 mins. Separate it out from water and cool it down.

After cooling down grind it still smooth in a blender.

Now in a a pan heat some oil. Add chopped onion and fry it till golden brown. Then add the tomato puree and mixed it altogether. After that add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder and kashmiri red chilli powder. Fry it till masala is cooked and oil is oozes out.

Now add sugar, little water and fresh cream. Mixed it well. After 2-3 mins put all eggs and gently stir it. Put the lid on and cook it for 5-6 mins.

Now add grated egg, garam masala and kasuri methi on top of the gravy. Give a gentle stir. Switch off the flame. Garnish with some grated egg. Serve it with rice, paratha or naan.
