Ingredients

  • 6 slicesbread
  • 3eggs
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • As needed raisins
  • 2-3Almond cookies

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep ingredients ready.Break bread into bits,keep in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add milk to the bread now mix a little

    Break the eggs in the bowl beat well add to the bread mix,mix very well

    Break into the mix the cookies now

    Mix the entire mixture well add vanilla essence now°°

    Put to bake at 180° 15-18 minutes checking after 12 -15min or bake on hot Rava covered with firm lid on medium for 10 minutes then on slow 8 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve garnish with dry fruits like pistachio almonds cut out diagonally into triangles
