Egg biryani very authentic flavor

Ingredients

  1. 5egg pre boiled
  2. 4chopped onion
  3. 1chopped capsicum
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 bowlfresh curd
  6. 1 cupmilk saffron stands mix
  7. 50 gmbutter
  8. 3 tbsppure ghee
  9. Handfulchopped green coriander leaves
  10. 1star flower
  11. 8cloves
  12. 4bayleaf
  13. 1 stickcinnamon
  14. 1 tspginger powder
  15. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  16. 5dry red chilli sabut
  17. 1 tspgaram masala
  18. 1grated carrot
  19. as neededYellow food colour
  20. To tastesalt
  21. 1 tspturmeric powder
  22. 1 tspred chilli powder
  23. 1 tspcoriander powder
  24. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  25. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  26. 1/2 bowl cashew nut and raisins
  27. 1 bowlbasmati rice
  28. 6green cardamom
  29. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Now take a wok add some water as required then turn on the flame then add star flower, 2 bay leaf, 4 cloves, green cardamom black cardamom, 1bs puree ghee now bring to boil then add rice mix it

    Now cook for 5 to 7 min on medium flame (60 % only cooked) now turn off the flame and strain it

    Now heat the wok take some butter then add dry fruit and shallow fry it now remove the plates and keep it a side

    Now take some butter then add some onion stir it becomes golden brown now remove the plate and keep it a side

    Now agian take some butter then add cumin, red chilli, cloves, bayleaf, green cardamom, black cardamom tempered it now get a nice aroma

    Now add chopped onion stir it becomes nice brown colour

    Now add gram msala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, to taste salt cinnamon powder,ginger powder, garlic paste, mix properly on lower flame

    Now spices leaves till oil then add capsicum, carrots mix nicely

    Now take a egg and peel it

    Now heat the other frying pan take some oil then add eggs and fry it and prepared mixture

    Now remove the plates prepared mixture

    Now in a wok take some butter then put on half prepared spices mixture then sprinkle some fried onion, some chopped coriander leaf, some roasted dry fruit, and 3 tbs green peas now add 3 tbs curd

    Now spread some half cooked rice then again repeat same process in 2 time

    Top layer or rice then pour some pure ghee, curd,,saffron mix milk some fried onion, now pour the food colour

    Now turn on the flame now cover and cook for 8 min on lower flame

    Now turn off the flame and serve it hot it's done
