Wash and soak rice, let it sit for 6hour

Blend with onion and yeast till u have a smooth batter.

When u done, add in sugar and a pinch of salt.. Mix everything in well and allow to rise for 2hours

After it has rise add in baking powder and stir gentle.. Heat a non stick frying pan and add 1tsp of oil and fry in batches...

And Tanah ur sinasir is ready.. Serve with soup of choice!!!
