Take a bowl put Semolina, curd, salt mix well add water. Make a paste. Rest 15 -20 minutes.

Take a kadhai. Put water. Boil. Keep a stand. Grease thali. Add Baking soda in better.Put better in thali. Keep thali on stand. Cover with lid for 25-30 minutes.

Check with a stick of dhokla. Comes clean dhokla ready. Cut your desired shapes.

Take a pan. Heat oil. Put mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. Crackle. Put 1cup water, sugar boiling then add lemon juice. Gas off. Spread on thali. And spread red chilli powder. Your according to taste
