Awadhi Murg Stuffed Garlic Naan buns with Bhurani Raita

A creamy delight of awadh with boneless chicken used in the awadhi murg gravy . I have followed the same recipe as chef but have used boneless chicken tikkas here. The boneless chicken is marinated with mild spices and curd and grilled on pan to give tasty tikkas. They are then added to the cooked creamy gravy which is semi dry and then stuffed in the naan ball and baked to perfection. Bhurani raita makes a perfect accompaniment with these garlicky buns . So don't miss making that to complete the tasty platter.
