Kadhai paneer with paratha

In a karahi heat oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped ginger and garlic. Stir for two minutes and then add chopped onion and dry masala. Roast till onion are golden brown. Add tomato puree in it and stir again for a few minutes.

Now add cut pieces of paneer and cook for 2 minutes. Add garam masala, kitchen king masala in it and switch off the flame. Kadhai paneer is ready.

For Paratha : in a mixing bowl add wheat flour and besan mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder and cooking oil and with the help of water knead the dough. Make balls.

Roll the ball with the help of rolling pin and roast on griddle on both sides till golden brown colour.

Serve hot with kadhai paneer.
