Fry the chiles, tomato, garlic, and onion in lard or oil; once fried, blend them in a blender, strain, and place in a pot to season.

Once it boils, add the chicken broth. Serve the fried tortillas with cheese in a bowl and pour the broth over them; garnish with cream and avocado, and add lime juice if desired.
