In a vok put milk bring a boil and add lemon juice. Curdle the milk and strain all the water. Chenna is ready.

Now take out the chenna in a bowl add ghee sugar semolina and mix well.. add water of curdle milk if needed.Mix well. Now add choco chips(i added traditionally not adding in the recipe)

Grease the mould and put the batter in the mold. Garnish with raisins and walnuts

Micro it for 7 minus. Demold the PODA your chenna poda is ready.
