Even though am from the north but I never cooked Dambu b4, ds is my first time but it's surely not my last. Am now a full time dambu fan.
Steps

Wash n steam the rice for 15-20 minutes.

Wash d moringa leaves with salt water n keep aside. Slice d onions, chop d pepper n dice d carrots.

Mix d steamed rice n vegetables, add oil, pinch of salt, n seasoning. Mix very well n then steam it for 5 minutes.

When serving add chicken and eggs or anything u desire.
