Beat ghee and sugar then add egg one by one.beat well. Add lemon colour and essences. Add baking powder and flour. Fold the mixture and pour this mixture in greased baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 C. Remove and cool. Cut in slices and again bake for 45 minutes at 100C. Turn the sides of cakerusk. When golden remove from oven. Cool. Serve with tea or coffee.
