Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspeno
  5. 1/2 cupbeetroot juice

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and Boil 1/2 beetroot in 1 cup water

  2. 2

    Soak Rawa in curd and beet water mixture and add salt to it.

  3. 3

    Keep it aside for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Grease the Idli mould

  5. 5

    Add Eno in the prepared batter and mix gently

  6. 6

    Put one spoon batter in each greased mould and steam for 10 min

  7. 7

    Pink idlis are ready
