Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadhai fry dry fruits and remove. Now to remaining ghee add rava and fry till golden brown and nice aroma starts coming from the rava. The roasting process should be done on low flame.

Now add milk to the rava and stir well, add cardamoms too.

While stiring the rava immediately add sugar and fry dry fruits and stir continuously, keep in mind lumps should not form.

Once it's done it will start leaving surface of the kadai. Switch oof the flame.
