  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspaachar masala
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

    Mix all Ingredients & knead medium hard dough.

    Divide dough in equal parts. Roll out a small puri like matharis. Prick with fork. Deep fry it on medium flame from both sides till it becomes crispy.

    Let it cool & store it in air tight container.
