Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 1/2 cupsoya granules
  3. 2 tablespoonssugar
  4. 1/2 cupdry fruits
  5. 1/2 teaspooncardamom
  6. 1 tablespoonwheat flour
  7. 1 tablespoonDesi ghee

    Soya granules is soaked for 15 minutes in a bowl.

    Now drain the water and will try to squeeze out all the water. Now take some water in a pan and boil it. Now pour soya granules in water cook for 10 minutes.put the flame off. Drain the water completely from soya granules and wash them again with water.

    Now take separate pan add Desi ghee in it heat it up a little. Now we will add wheat flour to it, cook it till it mix nicely. Now we will add soya granules to it.Cook it for some time.

    Now take other pan pour milk in it.Now we will boil the milk till the quantity of the milk turn half.

    The consistency has thickened, now we will add our previously cooked soya granules to it.Now we will add sugar to it we will be cooking it while stirring till the sugar is melted completely. Now add some cardamom powder to it.

    Add some finely chopped dry fruits. Mix all the ingredients well. Cook it till consistency turn thick.

    Kheer is ready to serve
