In a plate cut the roti in small pieces.
In a pan heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. Once it starts fluttering add chopped garlic, onion, ginger and green chillies. Stir fry for a minute and add tomatoes. - 2
Cook until pulpy and add capsicum to it. Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder and mix well. Add in water and yogurt. Let it cook for couple of minutes. Add cumin and coriander powder and finally add roti pieces and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
