Lemon and Garlic Butter Rainbow Trout

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Line roasting dish with foil. Grease foil lightly with cooking spray.

Place trout fillet on foil and season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in microwave and drizzle over fish.

Finely dice garlic and sprinkle over the fish.

Place thin slices of lemon on top of the trout and squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon over the fish.

Garnish with some fresh dill.

Close foil packet and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with vegetables or a salad 💛
