Cooking Instructions

Firstly Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they pop, add of urad dal and chana dal. Let it fry until golden brown.
Now add the hing, red chillies, ginger, and curry leaves. Fry for a few seconds and turn off the heat. - 2
Add the mashed rice to this and mix well. Now add curd and little water mix well.Also add salt at this stage.
The rice will keep absorbing the water so u can add more if required cook it for 4,5 minutes. The curd rice should be loose in consistency. - 3
Our curd rice is ready to serve.
