Cooking Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl add water little by little to form dough Knead the dough until soft cover with a towel for 10 min.then uncover and Knead again and cut in to parts

Roll one after the other roll the dough on a flat surface on to a round shape preheat a non stick pan and place the rolled one on it and cook on low heat until light brown patches appear flip to the other side and observe.remove from pan and cover with a nylon bag

Cut your beef wash and put in a pan add oil white vinegar cube maggi thyme ginger and black pepper stir fry then add your cabbage carrots green pepper onion and stir fry for few minutes then arrange the filling on one edge of the shawarma bread and roll.
