Fried idli is very common so tried uttapam fry they are delicious.
Steps

In a bowl add Suji, dahi,salt and water mix it well and keep aside for five minutes.

Now add baking soda to the mixture and preheat the tawa.

Now make small small uttapams on the Tawa and cook them well.
- 4
In a pan add oil,green chilies chopped,mustard, tomato and all other spices.
- 5
When the tomatoes get cooked up add the mini uttapams and fry them or mix them well.
- 6
Serve them by sprinkling chopped coriander and lemon juice on it.
