Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji (semolina)
  2. 1 tbspdahi (curd)
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. For frying :
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. 1 tsprai (mustard)
  8. 1 tspdhania / coriander powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspchaat masala
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. 1chopped green chilli
  14. 1chopped tomato
  15. As neededChopped coriander (hara dhania)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add Suji, dahi,salt and water mix it well and keep aside for five minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add baking soda to the mixture and preheat the tawa.

  3. 3

    Now make small small uttapams on the Tawa and cook them well.

  4. 4

    In a pan add oil,green chilies chopped,mustard, tomato and all other spices.

  5. 5

    When the tomatoes get cooked up add the mini uttapams and fry them or mix them well.

  6. 6

    Serve them by sprinkling chopped coriander and lemon juice on it.
