Peel, slice and wash the yam. Grate or blend the tattashe, pepper and onion. Fry the red oil with onion slice add the paste and stir fry.

Add water and the yam. Grate or pound the fresh garlic and ginger and add to it for a nice aroma.

Wash and slice the spinach and spring onion add when the yam is soft and mash. Enjoy
