Chop all vegetables lengthwise.

Grate garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add grated garlic and ginger and fry till golden brown colour.

Now add all the chopped vegetables and stir well. Add salt and red chilli powder.

Add vinegar. Stir. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and stir well.

Cut bread slices in small square shape with kitchen scissors and add in this mixture and mix well and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

Bread Manchurian is ready to serve. A healthy and nutritious breakfast.
