Take a pan put one tbsp of oil put potatoes and cauliflower saute it till light golden brown keep it aside then saute beans capsicum, peas in one tbsp of oil till it cooks

Take a pan put one tbsp of oil jeera ginger garlic saute it add red chilli cardomom,clove, pepper cinimom onion till it becomes pink then add tomatoes till it cooks

Then take khadhai add ghee and left over oil saute the puree for 4 mins then put all masala salt mix it add vegetables mix it well and cook for 3 min in low frame then crumbled Panner on it and serve it with roti
