Ingredients

  • for yakhni
  • 1/2 kgChicken with bones
  • Ginger 1 inch pc
  • 4 clovesGarlic
  • Onion 1 small
  • 1 tspBlack pepper crushed
  • 1 tbspVeneger
  • 1/2 tspTermeric powder
  • 1 pcTomato
  • Water 4 litters
  • Egg 2 boile
  • Hot sauce as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add chicken and all ingredients ecepts sauces and eggs boil all things about 1 hour when half water reduces switch off the flame and and drain it

  2. 2

    Sharade the chicken and add in yakhni put some black pepper powder and serve with boiled egg
