In a mixing bowl add chopped veggies, grated paneer, grated cheese, season with salt.Add in the peri masala and garlic mix well.

Now make deep cuts on a pav and fill the filling in all the cuts throughout.

Finely chopped garlic and coriander in a bowl.

Ready peri peri masala.

Mix melted butter garlic and coriander brush this butter mix on top of the pav then grate cheese on top of the pav.

Now preheat an oven at 180 degrees with baking tray and place the prepared pav for 10 -12 mins until the cheese melts.
