3-4Green Chillies (pounded)
2Garlic cloves (pounded)
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspChilli powder
1/4 tspCumin powder
1 cupMethi (Fenugreek) leaves
1/2 cupBottle Gourd (grated)
As needed Oil

Mix all very well then bind with water to soft dough.

Make small balls then roll into puri size rotis.

Roast on tava with ghee when both sides done remove on plate.

Serve with green chillies pudina chutney
