Soak the rice over night. Mix it with the cooked rice,onion, 1 tsp yeast and blead.

To the batter add the remains yeast, let it to rise for 3-6 hrs.

Place a masa maker on fire, put little oil into the holes,scoope the batter into each hole.

Once done flip to the other side.

Serve with soup of your choice.
