Soak the dals in different bowl for 6 hours now grind in mixer, mix together and add green chillies and ginger garlic, add salt,haldi oil and mix very well make smooth batter, take arbi leaves spread batter on leaves and make tight roll.

Then transfer to the steamer to steam for half an hour after that check and off the flame let it cool it and cut in round pieces. In another pan add oil heat it then add mustard seeds and let it crackle it add Sesame seeds and hing curry leaves now add patra in pan and stir it slowly, then garnish with fresh Coriander leaves.
