2 cupsFlour
2 cupsCustard
2 cupsIcing suger
1Simas (250g)

Steps

Mix icing sugar with simas till it forms. Add custard, flour, vanilla and eggs. Mix everything together and make a soft dough.

Transfer the dough to a working space or on a chopping board and mold very well, divide d dough into 2 and add coco powder to one

Cut into smaller pieces and flatting it, den cut with a cookies cutter or make shape of choice using free hand, then bake on a medium heat for about 10-15mins and is ready to serve.
