Take a container add rice,moonga dal wash it nicely and soak it 15 min. Take a pan add ghee heat it add lowanga, black pepper, cinammon, red chilli,mustard seed, Cumin seeds fry add hing, moonga dal, rice, turmeric powder and mix well fry it well.

Next step after frying & mix it with water double water and salt mix it boil it. Make 3 to 4 whistle of pressure cooker. Serve it with Kadhi.
