Ingredients

  • 250 gmspaneer
  • 2onions
  • 15cashew nuts
  • 2green chillies
  • 2tomato paste
  • 4 tbspyogurt
  • 4-5 tbspcream
  • 8black pepper corns
  • 1 tbspzeera /.cumin seeds
  • 2cardamons
  • 1 tbspkasmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • 4 tbsppure ghee
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add ghee.

  2. 2

    Once the ghee is added, add whole spices and saute them for few mins.

  3. 3

    Add onion paste, fry for 3-4 mins in medium flame till the onion turn pink in colour.

  4. 4

    Add powdered spices and tomato paste fry till the water gets dry.

  5. 5

    Add yogurt and cream.

  6. 6

    Fry again.

  7. 7

    Add a little water and paneer,fry for 4-5 mins.

  8. 8

    Add milk.

  9. 9

    After one boil simmer the flame and cook for 5-7 mins.

  10. 10

    Turn off the flame.

  11. 11

    Ready to serve.
