Steps

Firstly soaked the Poha for 10 minutes.

Then roast onion, ginger and chilli without adding oil. Remove in a plate and keep aside.

Now to the same kadai heat oil and add in mustard seeds, urad dal, dried red chilli and saute it.

Now add Poha, salt, turmeric powder and saute it, the add roasted onions and saute it properly.

Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
