  3. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  4. 10Curry leaves
  5. 3 tablespooncoriander leaves(finely chopped)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 2green chilli

    Take a utensil heat the oil add mustard seed cook untill it sparkle,then add green chilli,kadi leaves and coriander leavescook for 2 minutes on high flame now add turmeric powder and salt to it. then add piece of idli and mix well

    Tadka idli is ready to serve
