In a pot, bring water to a boil with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add the rice and cook until done.

Beat the three eggs with a pinch of salt, then cook them in a pan to make an omelet. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix the chicken breast with a tablespoon of soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika. Add the cornstarch and mix well.

In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, then add the chicken and cook until browned. Set aside.

In the same pan over high heat, add the onion and sauté until cooked. Add the garlic and ginger, then mix in the carrots, bell pepper, and peas. Season with salt, black pepper, and hot paprika. Once the vegetables are cooked, add chopped parsley.

Once the rice is cooked, drain it well and add it to the pan.

Add the chicken and eggs, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir for a few minutes.
