Take a pan pour water then water and salt mix then water boil add rice flour not mix then spread rice flour cook in 2 minutes then mix and cool them.

Take a pan pour 1 ltr milk boil then add cardamom powder, put rice pcs mix well cook for 10 minutes after 10 minutes then add sugar and coconut mix cook for 10 minutes turn off gas.
