Steps

In a bowl add rice flour,

Add cumin powder, salt, oil and soda, add water and make a soft dough

Make small size tikki with the dough

Cook the tikkis in a steamer, atleast for 15 minutes

Off the gas let it cool. (you can also garniah with hot tikkis)

Take the tikkis into a plate pour curd over it then garnish with tamarind sauce, salt, cumin powder, black salt, onion, coriander leaves, green chutney, red chilli powder, green chillies.

Spread bhujia sev over it and serve, enjoy the yummy taste of this different type of chaat
