Ingredients

  1. 80 gmflour
  2. 20 gmCoco powder
  3. 100 gmpowder sugar
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 spoonvanilla essence
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 2 table spoonmilk
  8. Chocolate ganache as required
  9. Whipped cream as required
  10. Choco chips as required

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the egg in a foamy texture.

    Add vanilla essence, Coco powder and flour and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Bake it for 15 to 20 mins in Otg in 180 degree.

    Cut the cake from middle and add the cream and chocolate chips then put the upper layer.

  5. 5

    Freeze it for 20 to 25 mins and then add the dark melted chocolate and spread it evenly.

  6. 6

    Garnish with rose and white chocolate grades.
