Steps

First wash and soak Dal for half and hour and pressure cook and make a consistency as per requirement

Then take a tadka pan, add ghee and all above ingredients. Make sure onions are finely chopped as well as the coriander leaves and garlic

And put this tadka in Dal and mix all well. Add salt and check and water and sprinkle rest of the coriander leaves on top

Dal is ready to serve can eat either with rice or roti
