Pre boil pasta till Al dente as you you cut and prepare the rest if the ingredients

Heat a table spoon of oil add mushrooms and onions till golden brown. Set aside

In the same pan. Add more oil fry the strips until golden. Add the mushrooms. And 2 cups of the beef stock,mustard,sour cream and simmer for 15min

Mix the corn starch and the half a cup of beefstock add to the pot and simmer for 5min

You can choose to add in the pasta or serve separately. Garnish with chives. Enjoy
